Have you ever heard of a crossbow? Most likely you have. But have you ever heard of a mini crossbow? I just got one for Christmas from my brother and it's the coolest thing I've ever seen. Check it out!

I am definitely an outdoors person. I like to archery and rifle hunt, fish, and hike. However, i'm not big on using the crossbow to hunt. I like the compound bows. When I opened this up Christmas morning I was stunned! It looked so cool! Plus, i've never seen or heard about anything like it. It was definitely a cool gift.

I do realize that it's pretty much a "toy," but it's still fun to mess around with, and is a wonderful conversation piece. The back part looks like a pistol, and that's exactly how you hold it to shoot it. Simply draw the string back, aim with the open sight, pull the trigger, and shoot!

They are not 100% accurate, and sometimes the string doesn't hold when you pull it back, but they are still fun. The bolts (arrows) can be purchased seperately from the crossbow and they are sharp! I have an 80 lb. crossbow and the thing really flies. I honestly believe you could get a squirrel or rabbit with it. They also sell replacement strings, bows, and string wax.
